Filo fish pies with pea-spiked squash

Preheat the broiler to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Strip and finely cut the garlic, wash and finely cut the leeks, at that point place in an expansive dish on a medium warmth with 1 tsp of oil. Cook for 10 mins, or until mollified, blending routinely.
